Effective March 24, 2014, support for the Compendium products will transition to My Oracle Support and will no longer be provided through the Compendium support page, email, or support hotline.
Watch for an important message from Oracle Marketing Cloud Support to be sent to all Compendium technical contacts of record via email in early March 2014. That message will include:
- Details about the migration to My Oracle Support
- Instructions on how to register on My Oracle Support
- Information about upcoming training on My Oracle Support
- Compendium product specific Support Identifiers to use for access to Oracle Marketing Cloud Support as of March 24, 2014. Customers will use the Oracle Support Identifiers to create new service requests in My Oracle Support and to obtain support via the telephone.
As we progress through the integration of Compendium Support we will provide more information to you about the changes.
